Description
Deadbeat and Dewalta present individual mixes of their joint DDMS project with Mike Shannon and The Mole. DeWalta’s mix of ‘Makers’ is coiled and ready for deployment on the funky tech-house massive, riding a kinetic fat-bum sub-bass with dubbed-out horns and Villalobos-like levels of percussive detail. Deadbeat’s mix is more indebted to classic M-Series tropes with steppin’ hi-hats and a full-sunken sub-bass drive waterstained with woozy chords and a lovely, drifting horn signature.
