‘Blood & Dirt’ offers a career retrospective of San Francisco thrash metal band Vio-Lence. Directed by ‘Tales From The Pit’ filmmaker, Jerry Allen, the documentary traces Vio-Lence’s history through behind-the-scenes home-video footage, together with live concert clips from performances at Slim’s as well as at the ‘Thrash of the Titans’ festival. Featuring interviews with band members, fans, rock journalists and fellow Bay Area thrash titans Exodus, Testament, Forbidden and Death Angel.
