VINYL EDITION: Depedro is the musical project of singer/guitarist Jairo Zavala, perhaps best-known for playing with Calexico, is an artist with a long career already behind him. Based on cross-cultural musical exchange, the project is the fruit of countless trips all over the world with some of the best musicians of our time. His third album, entitled La Increible Historia De Un Hombre Bueno (The Incredible Story Of A Good Man), was recorded in Tucson, Paris and Madrid.

These past two years, DePedro has crossed paths with Evan Dando (Lemonheads), The Dodos, Steve Berlin (Los Lobos), and the Israeli singer Geva Allon. He has shared his talent with others and vice versa. The stellar team who has been working with him on La Increible Historia De Un Hombre Bueno. includes Tony Allen (Fela Kuti), Bernard Fanning (Powderfinger), Nick Urata (DeVotchKa), Martin Wenk (Nada Surf), and, of course, Joey Burns and John Convertino from the band that Jairo also belongs to Calexico.
