Description
Special circumstances often lead to very special albums. This is certainly true for “Too Mean To Die”, which of course also alludes to the Corona era, although differently than perhaps initially suspected. The title track is a typical Accept firecracker: driving, hard-hitting, full on the twelve!
Zombie Apocalypse’ is in the same vein, also uncompromising and hard, in the typical style of the band. Different is the first single, which is released as a pre-release – together with the matching, very worth seeing video – on October 2, 2020. Title: ‘The Undertaker’. A terrific midtempo number with great choirs and built-in Mitgröhl character, which will let fans and band live united take off. Not only according to Wolf Hoffmann one of the catchiest, most pleasing pieces of the album. How diversified the ACCEPT guitar army acts on the new album is proven by one of the secret highlights: ‘The Best Is Yet To Come’. A beguiling ballad in which Mark Tornillo is at his best. The metal world knows that Mark can scream like no other, but here it shows once again that the frontman can also sing terrific
