Gavin James released his debut studio album Bitter Pill in Ireland on November 20, it was awarded Platinum certificate for sales in Ireland and nominated for a Choice Music Prize. The track The Book Of Love which features on the album has been certified Platinum in Holland and Gold in Belgium. Gavin has appeared on James Cordons Late Late Show (twice), Jimmy Kimmel and, The Voice (Holland) and BBCs One Show in January 2016. James is included in the Buzzfeed and The Suns Ones to watch lists for 2016 and is a Spotify Spotlight Artist this year.
