Chasing Yesterday is the upcoming second album by the English rock band Noel Gallaghers High Flying Birds, scheduled to be released on 2 March 2015. The follow-up to High Flying Birds 2011 self-titled debut is said to feature a much broader array of instrumentation than ever before, resulting in a rich, expansive and multi-layered record, drawing from a range of disparate influences from west coast rock to classic rock n roll and even some space jazz (!). Johnny Marr appears on the albums closing track Ballad of the Mighty I.
