Description
Chicago 2 is composed of 4 side long suites, an idea that may sound pompous but that actually works very well. Here you can hear that stunning 25 or 6 to 4 and the brilliant ballad Colour My World. Lots of little intrumental interludes and codas everywhere. The six song suite Ballet for a girl in Buchannon is superb and politics can still be found in the 5 song suite It Better End Soon. Lots of classical references here too, fine guitar playing and excellent lyrics make this an essential Chicago album some would say that you only need to own the first two Chicago albums, and I would not disagree!
