Philadelphia folk artist Shannen Moser has been self-releasing albums under her own name for years, stunning people in Philly with her powerful voice and spectacular live shows. In 2017, Shannen signed to Lame-O Records and will be releasing her new record Oh, My Heart in 2017, followed by a tour with Sorority Noise, The Obsessives and Forth Wanderers.
