The mysterious American sailor and obsessive record collector, now residing in Bristol (UK), returns with another deep excavation into the most fuzz-drenched corners of the psychedelic decades he has been hunting down obscure recordings from the late 1960s and early 70s — digging through forgotten archives, flea markets and dusty record shops across the globe.
